Despite now knowing that the FBI was at the very least aware of his online activity, Cyraxx decided less than two weeks later to play Billy-badass for attention by making a video threatening to kill ICE agents<ref>https://rumble.com/v74f1ow-cyraxx-01-16-26-bug-out-plan-delusions.html?e9s=src_v1_ucp_a</ref>. The video in question was later resposted by the right-wing Twitter account The Libs Of TikTok, exposing Cyraxx and his threat to millions of people and causing him to go viral, even briefly reaching the top 4 most trending topic on the platform. This could not have possibly happened at a worst time for Cyraxx, as there have been precedents of people arrested for making threats against the ICE online, most of which recieved much less attention than Cyraxx got for his video. Likely after seeing the huge amount of comments pointing this out, Cyraxx desperately attempted to lie his way out by saying The Libs Of Tik Tok "chopped up" the audio to make it seem like he was threatening to kill ICE agents<ref>https://rumble.com/v74r4v2-cyraxx-01-23-26-maybe-lying-will-cover-up-my-actions.html?e9s=src_v1_ucp_a</ref>. Unfortunately for him, the full unedited video has since been reuploaded by archive channels, before The Libs Of Tik Tok even reposted the video herself.

Since this incident, Cyraxx stopped actively posting on social media. However, his lack of activity can be largely attributed to the [[Jackie]] cabal coaxing Cyraxx into not interacting with trolls, rather than making a sensible decision for once and laying low for a while.
