Josh Wells, also known as Josh Wilman or Flexburger, was one of the original, and most influential, managers of Daniel Larson.[1] In the beginning of his management, Flexburger heavily manipulated Daniel, leading to the May 6th incident. He's also been documenting Daniel on YouTube since 2022 on the LarsonLeak channels. With all of his channels combined, he has around 30,000 subscribers.

Flexburger became aware of Daniel in 2020. His first known mention of Daniel was on Halloween of 2020, when he posted an edit of Daniel to his TikTok account during the time Daniel first began gaining notoriety on TikTok.[2] It is most likely that he was the first one to gain knowledge of his pedophilic tendencies, as on November 5th, 2020, he would document inappropriate tweets Daniel had made about a young girl he lived with.[3] Like many other fans of Daniel, he would post edits of him, wish him a happy birthday, and making videos encouraging his run for presidency.

Post-Management Activities
LarsonLeak/YouTube Career
In November of 2022, Flex made his first YouTube channel named LarsonLeak. At first, it was anonymous and not linked to him. He posted rare never seen before photos of Daniel during his childhood, as well as an interview with Daniel's father. A year later in 2023, he would launch his second channel, "LarsonLeak Raw", posting more documentary type content about Daniel. It's now used as his main channel, and has surpassed the original LarsonLeak page in subscribers.
The Larson Files
On July 19, 2025, Flex would announce a new docuseries named "The Larson Files". It's purpose is to go over more unknown and untold stories within the lore.
