On November 19th, 2020, Daniel's Pinterest account was found and subsequently leaked. That same day, his management, Roach Records, organized a Zoom Meeting and pulled him into it alongside TikToker @diper_911 and other people to address the situation. During the meeting, he was questioned by multiple people about the account. In response, he claimed to have been hacked on multiple occasions, made various excuses, and brought up unrelated topics.
Eventually, it was ultimately confirmed that the account did indeed belong to him.

Daniel: But it’s… it blew up like I said, within the first 48, 24… 48 hours of me having.. Roach Records: Guys, this is intense. You helped me find that. Diper_911: OK. You have a YouTube account too, right? Daniel: Yes. Diper_911: Yes. OK, so then why do you reupload videos of little girls in your YouTube account as well? Roach Records: Ohh… Daniel: That was actually… that got hacked as well. Um, and I actually contacted… Diper_911: I can’t- do you see where I’m having a problem, because every time that we’re able to establish that there is an account that is held by you, it’s been hacked at some point. Roach Records: *laughs * Oh god, oh fuck! *laughing really hard * Daniel: But that’s because I gave the information to Fine Dining, and then decided to add to the *unintelligible * channel. Diper_911: But Fine Dining Records wasn’t a thing back then. I’m gonna visit your YouTube channel right now. Daniel: They WERE a thing. They were a thing. They were a thing all the way back dating to July. Roach Records: Hey Diper, um, I don’t mean to interrupt right now, but the meeting will end in 7 minutes if you want me to start a new one. Diper_911: You know what, I think 7 minutes is all I’m gonna have, I think it’s kind of going in circles, not to be rude, but… Roach Records: OK. No, yeah, I agree. Diper_911: I bring something up and there’s an excuse. Daniel: It started, it started like- the, YouTube thing started in like January of this year. Diper_911: Mhm. Roach Records: Oh shit, my bad. Oh, fuck… Daniel: So I started the YouTube um, January of this year and that was when I first got… I got, um… Fine Dining around New Year’s of that year. And they’ve been on Kiss News all year. Roach Records: Guys, I feel bad for Daniel too, but his actions can’t be justified. We need to help him. Thomas Herman: Yo, can I step in really quick? Daniel: Yeah. Thomas Herman: Um, one thing I do know is that, I know your TikTok got hacked. Roach Records: Thomas Herman. Thomas Herman: I don’t know about your other account, so I can tell Diper that your TikTok did get hacked, but you do seem to be saying all your other accounts got hacked besides, like how can I describe it? Daniel: They, like literally, literally they all got hacked, it took me just on two of my followers. It took me like a month and a half to take down what was done. It was sometime this year… Roach Records: Could you guys imagine Daniel had 100 million followers and then this pedo shit came out? Oh my god, dude, it be over. Daniel: Yeah, but I know for a fact that um, I’ve been having issues with my media, like getting hacked, um, spam messages, the comments getting hacked, um, earlier this year somebody went into, this was in August I think? Somebody went into my TikTok and I don’t know how they did that, but they changed the singer/songwriter to rapper which is not true. They changed that to rapper. Daniel: Um, and so I had to go back in, change the password um, but this entire year has pretty much been mostly fixing issues. I’ve been getting recrests (requests) by people, “hey can you duet me?” and unfortunately because of the what the media is doing to me right, I’ve actually denied like upwards of 400, 500 duet recrests (requests). I have not been doing much on the media to be honest because they’re- a lot of people, a lot of my fan base, to tell you the truth, are actually younger. A lot the of people that follow me are younger, and um, you know I want to be a person that you know, all ages can look up to. That’s me. I wanna be a person that all ages look up to me. Like, I don’t even- I came across that video, and I called the Denver police again, and said hey *lags *. Um, they did not really care other than the fact that they notified the entire police station to be on the lookout and protect me because of it, they did nothing to help. Daniel: I can actually tell you the entire story about what happened.
