The Daniel Larson Wiki is the ultimate encyclopedia of internet phenomenon Daniel Larson, a famous TikTok creator and aspiring singer. We are a collaborative community website dedicated to preserving Daniel's complex history in a fair, accurate, and unbiased way. March 3	Daniel is found competent to stand trial, which will begin the next month.
February 3	Daniel's court hearing concludes, and competency ruling is pending.
January 22	Daniel has a court hearing that does not finish as multiple people need to testify.
January 16	Daniel returns to the federal prison in Colorado for his court hearing.
January 13	Daniel is on his way back to Colorado for court. He is transferred out of MCFP Springfield and is being held at a transfer center.

December 17	"Steaks on the Table" is released from the Larson Files.
November 15	Daniel spends his 27th birthday incarcerated.
September 18	Daniel has a court hearing and his case is on hold as he gets another evaluation.
September 8	Daniel is found incompetent to stand trial once again, and will have a court hearing to decide the next steps.

January 22 Daniel sends Lil Sippy a letter from prison. 2025 December 27 Daniel is transferred to the United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners in Springfield, Missouri for his mental health evaluation. December 24 Daniel is transferred to another detention facility in Oklahoma. December 11 Daniel is transferred to a private jail in Oklahoma awaiting transfer to another facility. November 24 Daniel gets into a physical altercation with his cellmate, ending up with a bleeding nose. November 16 Daniel gets into an argument with another inmate while on the phone. November 15 Daniel spends his 26th birthday in federal prison. October Daniel's mother, Elisabeth Shimer, dies at 47. April 30 Daniel is arrested by the FBI and incarcerated with no bond for threatening to use an explosive. April 28 Daniel is kicked out of Buffalo Wild Wings after being unable to pay. April 25 A federal warrant is issued for Daniel's arrest. April 24 Daniel is placed on an M1 hold in a mental hospital. April 12 Daniel is hospitalized for alleged food poisoning. April 6 Daniel has a severe, rage-fueled meltdown on YouTube live, and goes on a threat-filled tirade. August 6 Daniel gets kicked out of, and subsequently banned from, the Colorado Mills Mall. August 4 Daniel announces his intentions to host a "Hollywood sex party," inviting numerous celebrities and recurring victims in a video. July 26 Daniel, aggravated by his record label, throws a rock at a gas station window, breaking it. July 24 Daniel believes that several fake tweets from prominent figures and entities are genuine. This caused Daniel to freak-out on his TikTok and YouTube pages. July 19 Daniel is released from the mental health unit. July 11 Music is retrieved, leading to a meltdown from Daniel which ends with him being taken by ambulance to 'the mental health unit.' July 9 Daniel manages to adopt a dog and names it Music.
